Due to long-term outstanding payment arrears and continuous failure to settle liabilities, our Group officially terminated all cooperation relationships and trademark authorizations with this company on August 27, 2026. The formal Notice of Termination of Authorization has been notarized by a notary public and legally served.
From the date of termination, Shandong Maideen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. no longer holds any dealership qualifications or trademark usage rights of our Group, and has no authority whatsoever to represent our Group in any commercial activities.
Upon our investigation, this company has continued unauthorized use of our Group's trademarks and logos to promote products, solicit orders, and sell machinery under our Group's name. Such conduct constitutes illegal infringement and fraudulent impersonation. All related business activities have no affiliation with Shandong Maideen Machinery Equipment Group Co., Ltd. All legal and economic responsibilities arising from order fulfillment, payment settlement, product quality, and after-sales services shall be solely borne by Shandong Maideen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., and our Group assumes no liability whatsoever.
